Erika Hallenbeck is a singer-songwriter and music educator from New Jersey. She completed her Masters degree at The New England Conservatory in Boston, MA studying Jazz Voice. Erika also has her undergraduate degree in Music Education with a concentration in piano. She taught Piano, Songwriting, and Music Industry for two years at Red Bank Regional High School in New Jersey and more recently taught choir and general music at North Plainfield Middle School. Erika is also quite active in the Contemporary Christian Rock community, leading the music at The First Presbyterian Church of Caldwell. When she is not making music she enjoys spending time trying to perfect her chocolate lava cake recipe.
